Visit at Night
There are plenty of great places to visit after dark in New York however for us, our absolute favourite was Brooklyn bridge. We visited in both the daytime and at night and can confidently say that at Night the Bridge is truly magical. If you can only walk it once, make sure you do it after dark.
The first time we walked the bridge (at night) we got the Subway to Brooklyn Bridge City Hall. This is on the Manhattan side so we walked all the way to Brooklyn, turned around and came back.
The second time we crossed the bridge, we had jumped on the Subway to Dumbo for the obligatory photo shoot there and we walked back across to Manhattan. This time in daytime. Have a look at our pics to compare day to night.
