Gorgeous In Green!
For me, Liberty was my biggest surprise on our New York visit.
It was a surprise because of how much I enjoyed her. From the views of Manhattan, to the experience of climbing the tight stairwells to the Crown. I would actually class this Landmark as the sixth viewing Deck in New York (or just outside it).
Having done our research and watched multiple native New Yorkers Youtube videos, the common consensus was don't pay to visit, wave at it from the free Staton Island Ferry.
The fact that many Native New York Youtubers tell you not to bother with Liberty speaks volumes of the fact that we often don't appreciate what's on our doorstep.
I am so glad we went as the view from the Crown is my favourite view on Manhattan, the island makes me feel peaceful and the Chicken Goujons and Chips from the restaurant on the island are the absolute best. I cannot recommend visiting enough and our below video explains the different tickets and how to book.
